Super Suppers franchiseopens in Boardman
BOARDMAN -- Super Suppers, which allows customers to assemble up to a month's worth of family-size entrees during a two-hour session, has opened at 1419 Boardman-Canfield Road. Gordana Jelic-Lettieri of Brookfield is the franchisee of the company, which is based in Fort Worth, Texas. She and her staff do the shopping, washing, chopping and slicing. Customers assemble the entrees and take them home to cook later.
Growth means new digsfor Fit Woman facility
AUSTINTOWN -- A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 2 p.m. today for Fit Woman, 45 N. Canfield-Niles Road, Suite 200. Owners Ellen Kosa and Doris Bullock have moved the business into a larger facility because of its growth. They started the business last year. It specializes in training women, but its Pilates Reformers sessions are open to men. It also offers aerobics, posture analysis, fitness assessment, facials and massages.
Fractured Prune eateryopens in Howland
HOWLAND -- Wayne and Wendy Clagett have opened Fractured Prune The Donut Shoppe at 8254 High St. NE. The store specializes in made-to-order, hand-dipped doughnuts. It also serves breakfast sandwiches, bagels and coffee. The store is part of the Fractured Prune franchise, which started in 1976 in Ocean City, Md.
