Brianne Sharkey, Torin Olsen will be married in May

BOARDMAN -- The Rev. and Mrs. Thomas Sharkey of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Brianne Sharkey, also of Boardman, and Torin Olsen, a son of Dr. Karl and Martha Olsen, all of Pittsburgh.
The couple will be married May 26 at First Covenant Church, and their reception will take place in the church fellowship hall.
Miss Sharkey holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in music performance from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. She is a musician with City Music Cleveland, the Warren Philharmonic Orchestra and the W.D. Packard Band. She also maintains a flute studio in Boardman.
Mr. Olsen graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in music performance and received his master's in music performance from Duquesne University. He maintains a private flute studio in Pittsburgh, is a photographer for the Marlene Harris Collection, and is an antique and estate jeweler in Blawnox, Pa.
