In keeping with Meryl Streep's portrayal of powerful fashion editor Miranda Priestley, stylists suggest Streep consider this sort of Oscar night finery:

"Donna knows that age, beauty and fashion are tangled together in an odd twisted way and if you can figure out how to make them work harmoniously -- as Donna does -- it's a beautiful thing," Verdi said.

Hallie Bowman, Aveda hairstylist: Pull her honey blond hair into a voluminous twist with a sweep in front, along the lines something Charlize Theron or Drew Barrymore would wear.
