Lottery raffle game to return

CLEVELAND   — The Ohio Lottery’s Raffle to Riches game is coming back, bigger and better with 625,000 tickets available statewide beginning Feb. 18.

And, like the last Raffle to Riches game, it offers odds of 1 in 125,000 to win $1 million.   The cost remains $20 per wager.
