STRUTHERS -- The marriage of Laurie Visingardi and Jeff Dieter was solemnized by the Rev. Martin Celuch during a 2 p.m. ceremony Jan. 13 at St. Nicholas Church.
Paula and James Visingardi, 441 Pamela Court, Poland, are parents of the bride, and the groom is a son of Maryann and Richard Dieter, 248 E. Main St., Canfield.
After accepting congratulations during a reception at The Georgetown in Boardman, the couple left for St. Lucia. Since their return, they live at 1696 Willow Park Court, Columbus.
The bride wore a strapless A-line gown of silk taffeta fashioned with a beaded dropped bodice, ruched skirt and chapel train.
Gowned in black were the honor attendants, Ashley Visingardi and Carole Canfield, and bridesmaids, Jennifer Claxon, Krista Ginnetti, Lora Wiery, Nicole Young, Kristy Gentile, Jessica Schwab, Susan Dieter and Jenna Smaldino. Junior bridesmaids were Jeana Visingardi and Shelby Lazar.
Bill Dieter was best man, and groomsmen were Sean Gray, Todd Robinson, Y.A. Yorkovich, Kris Kern, Mark Florig, Brian Connell, Dan Appel, Jim Visingardi and Anthony Visingardi. Ring bearers were Mark Smaldino and Victor Lazar.
The bride, a third-grade teacher with Delaware City Schools, graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in elementary education.
The groom earned a degree in financial planning at Ohio State University and is an account manager with TEK Systems in Columbus.
