Alisha D. Williams, 32, Youngstown, carrying a concealed weapon, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, cocaine possession.
Scott A. Dabbs, 49, Kent, cocaine possession with cash forfeiture, illegal use or possession or drug paraphernalia.
Rodney S. Foster, 18, Warren, cocaine possession.
Ronald W. Cox, 41, Warren, burglary, grand theft of a motor vehicle, theft from an elderly person.
