X Poland United Methodist Church, 1940 Boardman Poland Road, Poland, will have take-out dinners of baked stuffed chicken breast, mashed potatoes and green beans from 4 to 6 p.m. (or until sold out). The cost is $6. No need to pre-order or get out of the car.

SATURDAY

X North Lima Mennonite Church, 90 Mennonite Drive, is having a breakfast buffet from 7-10 a.m. For a donation, enjoy all you can eat. Items on the buffet include eggs, pancakes, French toast, potatoes, sausage, fruits, rolls, juice and coffee. For additional information, call (330) 549-2333.

X Clarks Mills United Methodist Church, 3813 Hadley Road, Clarks Mills, Pa., is sponsoring a benefit spaghetti dinner for the family of Beth Lesnett from 5-8 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. Cost is $8 for adults, $4 for ages 4-12, and free for 3 and under. Call (724) 253-4032 to make reservations, which are preferred, but tickets will also be sold at the door. Harrisville Country Gospel group will perform at 8 p.m., followed by the Keelings at 9 p.m.

X Brookfield United Methodist Church, 6951 Grove Street, Brookfield, is having an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner from 4-7 p.m. Jan. 19. Included are meatballs and salad bar, bread, beverage and a homemade dessert. Donation is $6 for adults, and $3 for children 6-12. Takeouts will be available beginning at 3:30 p.m.
