“Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade” (10 a.m., ABC): The annual march down Main Street U.S.A., broadcast for the first time in high definition, gets started with a performance from “Dancing With the Stars” winner Helio Castroneves. Also performing are Miley Cyrus, Patti LaBelle, Jessica Simpson and the cast of “High School Musical 2.” Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa return to host this year’s parade at Disney World in Orlando, with Ryan Seacrest hosting festivities at California’s Disneyland.
