Take another trip to Bedford Falls as Frank Capra’s small-town classic returns for its annual Christmas Eve airing.
“A Christmas Story” (8 p.m., TBS): Don’t worry if you miss “A Christmas Story” early this evening. The comical 1983 film that celebrates Red Ryder BB guns and leg lamps will air nonstop over the next 24 hours as part of its annual holiday marathon. Peter Billingsley, Melinda Dillon and Darren McGavin head the cast.
“A Marble Church Christmas” (11:35 p.m., CBS): Marcia Gay Harden hosts “A Marble Church Christmas,” a musical special originating from the historic Marble Collegiate Church in New York City. The church’s choirs will perform a variety of Christmas classics and will be joined by acclaimed tenor Johan Botha and American soprano Camellia Johnson.
“WWE Monday Night Raw: Tribute to the Troops” (9 p.m., USA): Triple H, Jeff Hardy, Torrie Wilson and other World Wrestling Entertainment stars travel to Iraq, performing in live matches for military personnel. The wrestlers, with WWE chairman Vince McMahon, interact with the troops and help tell their stories.
