Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.

Wednesday, Dec. 26: Hamburger on a bun with ketchup and mustard, Italian mixed vegetables, baked beans, unsweetened pineapple and milk.

Thursday, Dec. 27: Tuna-noodle casserole, peas, unsweetened hot peaches, wheat bread, orange and milk.

Friday, Dec. 28: Barbecue riblet, O’Brien Potatoes, broccoli, Diamond Jim bun, regular or unsweetened fruit salad and milk.

Saturday, Dec. 29: Roast beef on a bun with barbecue sauce, fresh fruit, coleslaw, macaroni salad and milk.

Monday, Dec. 31: Kielbasa and sauerkraut, buttered parsley potatoes, Diamond Jim bun, mandarin oranges and milk.

Tuesday, Jan. 1: New Year’s Day.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.

Wednesday, Dec. 26: Hamburger on a bun with ketchup and mustard, Italian mixed vegetables, baked beans, unsweetened pineapple tidbits, birthday cake (angel food cake available) and milk.

Thursday, Dec. 27: Tuna-noodle casserole, peas, coleslaw, wheat bread with margarine, orange and milk.

Friday, Dec. 28: Barbecue riblet, O’Brien Potatoes, broccoli, Diamond Jim bun, regular or unsweetened fruit mix and milk.

Monday, Dec. 31: Kielbasa and sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, Diamond Jim bun, regular or unsweetened mandarin oranges and milk.

Tuesday, Jan. 1: New Year’s Day.
