$1,300 discovered missing from Adult Toy and Gift Store

YOUNGSTOWN — Roughly $1,300 was discovered missing from the Adult Toy and Gift Store on Market Street when the manager opened the business on Tuesday and found an note that said “I quit” left by an employee who worked the night before, police said. Reports show the cash register tape was also missing along with an undetermined number of DVDs. The manager said he would provide police with a copy of the surveillance video that shows the employee putting money into a bag. The case has been assigned to the detective division.
