Montgomery County (Dayton): 0.5 percent.

Franklin County (Columbus): 0.25 percent for a regional authority also serving parts of Delaware, Licking and Fairfield counties.

Stark County (Canton, Alliance and Massillon): 0.25 percent.

Portage County (Ravenna and Kent): 0.25 percent.

Summit County (Akron): 0.25 percent.

Cuyahoga County (Cleveland): 1 percent.

Lake County (Painesville): 0.25 percent.
