Weather postpones many girls games

CANFIELD — Monday’s postponed Canfield at Howland girls basketball game will be made up Friday at 6 p.m. at Canfield High. The boys varsity game will follow.

The Canfield and Howland boys and girls junior varsity teams will play on Saturday at Canfield. The boys game will be played at 2:30 p.m., followed by the girls game at 4 p.m.

On Jan. 23, the Canfield-Howland girls game will be played at Howland.

Monday’s Champion at Girard girls game will be played tonight at Girard High. The junior varsity game will tip off at 6 p.m.

Most of Monday’s girls basketball games were postponed because of the winter weather that closed most Mahoning Valley schools.
