Robert Sinsheimer, vice president for medical affairs, $328,109.

Jeffery Rexroad, project executive, $275,253.

Roxia Boykin, chief operating officer for Western Reserve Care System, $257,089 in compensation, $7,392 in benefits and $3,558 in expenses.

Kevin Spiegel, chief operating officer of Trumbull Memorial Hospital, $248,143 in compensation, $8,142 in benefits and $438 in expenses.
