“Snowglobe” (8 p.m., ABC Family): Angela is weary from so much time spent with her rambunctious, overbearing family. Just as a mysterious package arrives for her, the family once again invades her apartment for yet another family dinner with elbows on the table and constant squabbles. Then, when she finally regains her privacy, Angela opens the package and discovers inside a Christmas snowglobe that seems to contain the world of peace, tradition and values she yearns for. It’s a beautiful curio, all right. But it also turns out to be a treasured refuge: Angela is able to transport herself to this winter wonderland and make friends with the inhabitants of its tiny town. But is this sort of escape the answer to her problems? And what happens when one of her in-the-globe friends, a suitor named Eddie, finds his way to the larger outside world? How will Angela reconcile her dual existence? The film “Snowglobe” stars Christina Millian as Angela and Lorraine Bracco (“The Sopranos”) as her mother.

“Christmas in Paradise” (9 p.m., Lifetime): Two single parents (Colin Ferguson and Charlotte Ross) and their separate broods bond over a holiday in Puerto Rico.

“Billy Ray Cyrus: Home at Last” (9:30 p.m., CMT): If you’ve kept up with “Billy Ray Cyrus: Home at Last,” you probably already know more about the “Achy Breaky Heart” guy than you ever wanted to know. In tonight’s episode, Billy Ray struggles to come to terms with daughter Miley’s (“Hannah Montana”) success and realizes it’s time to let his little girl grow up.

“Madtv” (11 p.m., Fox): Maury Povich and Connie Chung (Michael McDonald and Bobby Lee) get a makeover.
