Police identify man found shot dead in the street

YOUNGSTOWN — The man found shot to death on Bruce Street has been identified as Leonardo Bermudez, 27, of Shehy Street. He was seen by a passerby in the roadway, just north of Shehy, around 12:05 a.m. today. The passerby, who was on his way home, called police. First officers on the scene said the victim was bleeding profusely from the left neck/head area.
