Vacant East Side house torched Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — A vacant two-story house at 1426 Charlotte Ave. on the East Side was intentionally set on fire around 12:50 a.m. Tuesday, the fire department said. Crews found fire burning on the first floor. Damage was set at $2,000.
