The society is PLANCO’s recognition for representatives who excel at meeting their client’s financial needs. PLANCO is a subsidiary of The Hartford and a wholesaler of The Hartford Mutual Funds.

YOUNGSTOWN — G. Nathan Roman and Joel Matthews have received high marks from clients in the Ameriprise Financial client satisfaction survey. They both ranked in the top 9 percent of the 2,608 participating advisers.

YOUNGSTOWN — Nicholas Moga, owner of Small Business Accounting in Boardman, has completed the requirements for the Accredited Tax Preparer designation. Standards for the designation are established by the National Society of Accountants in Alexandria, Va.

CANFIELD — Claudia Kovach of Canfield has successfully completed the Examination for Accreditation in Public Relations. The certification standards are set by the Universal Accreditation Board, a consortium of nine professional communication organizations.
