First Place Financial Corp. announced several personnel appointments. Dominick DeNunzio has been named vice president, loan operations for the mortgage lending division. He has 29 years’ experience in banking. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from DePauw University and a master’s degree in business administration from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Brian C. Miller, Lisa Vallas and Dana M. Warren were named vice presidents. Miller is the sales manager of First Place Bank’s Boardman branch. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University. Vallas is the sales manager of the New Middletown branch. She has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from YSU. Warren is the sales manager of the Niles branch. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kent State University.
