Mahoning County grand jury hands up indictments

The Mahoning County grand jury indicted these people last week:

Reynold F. Banks, 56, Chambers Street, Campbell, rape, kidnapping, and felonious assault with sexually violent predator specifications and failure to report change of address after previous rape and gross sexual imposition convictions.

Philip M. Miner, 21, of Claridge Drive, Austintown, four counts of marijuana trafficking, five counts of money laundering, and one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity with forfeiture specifications.

James Cleeland, 40, of Leffingwell Road, Berlin Center, 14 counts of receiving stolen property and four counts of tampering with identifying numbers to conceal the identity of a vehicle or part.

Alan E. Yerkey, 41, of Woodworth Road, Beaver Township, eight counts of receiving stolen property and eight counts of forgery.

DerralBrandon, 43, of Shields Road, Boardman, domestic violence.

Jason A. Rosenberger, 25, of Poland Avenue, Struthers, theft.

DericiaR. Lateef, 22, of Ohio Avenue, felonious assault.

Katie M. Grist, 21, of Unity Road, New Springfield, receiving stolen property and forgery.

RoshallA. Ford, 43, of Springdale Avenue, forgery.

James S. Thompson, 23, of West LaClede Avenue, domestic violence and felonious assault.

Jerry Dallas, 52, of Midlothian Boulevard, two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Frederick Johnson, 43, of Detroit Avenue, breaking and entering.

Charles Hickerson, 51, of West Hylda Avenue, cocaine possession.

Timothy R. Rutledge, 38, of Oxford Street, marijuana trafficking and being a felon with a gun.

Ronald G. Galazia, 27, of New Castle Road, Lowellville, cocaine possession.

Thomas W. Malutic, 47, of Gulluppi Drive or McCartney Road, Lowellville, theft.

William L. Richards, 66, of Carriage Lane, Canfield, theft.

Lori L. Jackson, 32, of High Avenue, Niles, and Melissa M. Major, 29, of King Graves Road, Warren, theft and possessing criminal tools.

Willie C. Brandon, 46, of Lansdowne Boulevard, cocaine possession with a forfeiture specification.

George Thomas, 34, of Roy Street, domestic violence.

Patrick Braun, 35, of Orange Avenue, breaking and entering.

Sheri Robert, 41, of Windsor Drive, Boardman, two counts of drug possession.
