Relying on open access to a contingent of African Union peacekeeping forces, director Paul Freedman offers an exclusive look at the situation via a journey that takes us to the burgeoning refugee camps and the mass graves of Darfur, and examines the international community’s “legacy of failure” to respond to such acts of inhumanity.
