Rescuers helping Hunter hurt by an arrow

LIBERTY — Rescuers were trying to make their way to a bow hunter who reportedly shot himself with an arrow, said Police Chief Tony Slifka. A friend of the hunter used a cell phone to call in the accident around 10:45 a.m., the chief said. The injured man is reportedly in woods off Logangate Road in the township.
