third office in Valley
COLUMBIANA — Optimal Health Professionals has opened an office at 44725 state Route 14. The company was started a year ago and now has locations in Columbiana, Howland and Boardman. The company educates clients about nutrition, exercise and dietary supplements. All staff members are certified dietitians and trainers.

to join practice in May
PETERSBURG — Kolehmainen Veterinarian Service has opened its new office at 51814 Dixon Road. Dr. John Kolehmainen, who has been practicing for 30 years, will be joined in May by his son, William Kolehmainen, who is to graduate from Ohio State University.
TBC Coffee Co. opens
POLAND — Pete and Joyce Kohler have recently opened TBC Coffee Co. at 6541 Clingan Road in the Clingan Court Plaza just off U.S. Route 224. The business has three full- and part-time employees, and offers 12 varieties of coffee in addition to standard flavors. Various baked goods and breakfast items also are available. Pete Kohler said he selected the location largely because of easy access and more favorable traffic patterns for travelers, and to fill a void for such businesses in that part of the township. His goals are to build local clientele and have his coffee products appear on area grocery store shelves.

ribbon-cutting event
HOWLAND — A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday for Mr. V’s Donuts & New York Deli, 141 Niles-Cortland Road. The owner is Larry Villers, who has more than 30 years’ experience in bakeries and delis. He is a graduate of the American Institute of Baking. Also involved is Milla Kluska, a retired Delphi Packard Electric employee who owns Country Corner Cafe in Champion.
