XWARREN — Pastor Duane Jesse officiated at 3:30 p.m. May 26 at St. Paul Lutheran Church as Jennifer Colleen Gilmore and Kevin Adam Wisler, both of Elyria, were united in marriage.

After accepting congratulations at a reception at the Grand Pavilion at Avalon Inn, the couple left for a honeymoon in the Bahamas.

Since returning, they live in Elyria.

Parents of the bride are Jack and Pat Gilmore of Howland, and the groom’s parents are Kevin and Teresa Wisler of Avon Lake.

Beading enhanced the bodice and hemline of the bride’s strapless platinum gown.

Pink gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Laura Mitchell, and the bridesmaids, Carrie and Katie Gilmore, the bride’s sisters; Rebecca Gilmore, her sister-in-law; Kristen Burkey; Courtney Perry; Lauren Boccia; and Lauren and Kristen Wisler, the groom’s sisters.

Chris Redman performed the duties of best man, and serving as groomsmen were Eric Gilmore, the bride’s brother; Seth Botts; Ryan Vehlein; Matt Gurchik; Scott Rising; Jason Frindt; and Andrew and Alex Wisler, the grooms’ brother.

Mrs. Wisler graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in political Science. She is a development associate with Make-A-Wish Foundation in Cleveland.

The groom is in business development with LVRI of Northern Ohio at Elyria. He earned a bachelor’s in psychology at BGSU and is pursuing a master’s in business administration from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea.
