“World’s Funniest Commercials” (9 p.m., TBS): It’s new! It’s free! It will make you attractive to the opposite sex (well, that part’s a lie). It’s the latest edition of “World’s Funniest Commercials.” Hosted by comedian-actor Kevin Nealon and wife Susan Yeagley (“Friends,” “Curb Your Enthusiasm”), this 60-minute special goes global to showcase clever and humorous spots from Sweden, Argentina, Japan and Romania, among other countries.

“Grey’s Anatomy” (9 p.m., ABC): “Grey’s Anatomy” offers a repeat airing of the special episode that set up “Private Practice,” this fall’s spinoff featuring Addison (Kate Walsh). A lot of “Grey’s” fans ragged on the story line and some changes are being made — including the dumping of Merrin Dungey as Addison’s pal, Naomi.

“Bob Saget: That Ain’t Right” (10 p.m., HBO): The “1 vs. 100” host brings out his blue material for the pay-cable channel.
