Fundraiser includes ROCcK concert

AUSTINTOWN — ROCcK Children’s Choir will sponsor a fund-raiser from 3 to 7 p.m. Sept. 8 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church hall, 4490 Norquest Blvd. The Raising Our Commitment to Cancer Kids event will include a car show, celebrity auction, pasta dinner and concert.

Tickets are $7 for adults, $6 for seniors, $5 for 6- to 12-year-olds free and those 5 and younger. Takeouts will be available. For more information, call (330) 360-3300.

Proceeds benefit the choir’s next project; A Way With Words Foundation Inc., which publishes books written by local cancer survivors and those touched by cancer; Silver Lining Cancer Fund; and cancer research.
