• Crafters and vendors are being sought for a craft show to be held at Queen of the Holy Rosary Church, 291 Scoville Drive, Vienna, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 20. For registration or information, call (330) 856-2597 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
SALES
• The Kiwanis Club of Geneva is seeking vendors for its antique and flea market to be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 8 at the Geneva Elementary School, South Eagle Street, a block south of the intersection of U.S. Route 20 and state Route 534, Geneva.
Vendors can rent a 20x20-foot space for $35, payable in advance, or view the rules at www.genevaohio.com. For more information, contact Jack Allman at (440) 466-5976.
• St. William Church, 5431 Mahoning Ave. N.W., Warren, will sponsor a one-day trunk sale to be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 8 in the parking lot. There will a fee of $10 in advance to reserve a spot, and on sale day the cost will be $15. Checks should be made payable to St. William Parish. Vendors can take a table to set up at the trunk of a car. Farm market vendors will also have items for sale, and refreshments will be available. • Washingtonville VFW Auxiliary will hold a rummage and craft sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 8. Vendors keep the profits and may rent a table for $15 inside or $10 outside, or an outside space for $20. Donations will be accepted. To register for a table, call (330) 482-0499.
SPECIAL EVENTS
• An all-day seminar, trunk show and luncheon will be sponsored by Niles Chapter of the American Sewing Guild from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 22 at Central Christian Church, 2051 E. Market St., Niles. Featured will be Linda McGehee, who will show some of her creations from the Fairfield Fashion Show and demonstrate techniques for embellishing and manipulating fabric. The program is appropriate for all skill levels of quilting sewing. The cost is $40 for members and $45 for nonmembers, and reservations are required by Sept. 10.
