Payne-Williams wedding to be in mid-September

XAlan and Mary Ann Williams of Liberty and John Payne and Debber Payne of Pittsburgh are announcing the engagement of their children, Alan Williams II and Erica Lynn Payne, both of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be and her fiancé are employed by the University of Pittsburgh Facilities Management Team. She is also a beautician, and he is a gospel musician.

The couple have chosen Sept. 15 for their 3 p.m. wedding at Second Baptist Church in Homestead, Pa. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and also for their evening reception.
