XLOWELLVILLE — The wedding of Jennifer Lynn Schaeffer and Frank Anthony Bedenik took place at 1:30 p.m. July 28 at Our Lady of Holy Rosary Church.

The Rev. Gerald Deluca officiated at the ceremony for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Lundy of New Middletown and F. Michael Schaeffer of Boardman, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Brian Phillips of Lowellville and the late Frank J. Bedenik.

After a reception at St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center in Youngstown, the couple honeymooned at St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands. They live at 305 Jackson St.

Jessica Juillerat was the honor attendant for her sister, and bridesmaids were Kayla Lundy, the bride’s stepsister; Erin Shannon; Michelle Nespeca; Jenette Pausch; Amanda Bedenik, the groom’s sister-in-law; and the bride’s cousins, Nicole and Michelle Wise. The groom’s niece, Dakota Bedenik, was the flower girl.

The duties of best man were shared by the groom’s brothers, Mark Bedenik and Brian Philips, and groomsmen were Tony and Nick Carson, his cousins; Ed Perez; Kevin Juillerat, the bride’s brother-in-law; and Michael Schaeffer, her brother.

The bride, a cosmetologist, graduated from Ford Beauty Academy in Youngstown.

The groom graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in business administration. He is a sales representative with Scielé Pharmaceuticals of Atlanta.
