A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict Katherine Davis on a felonious assault charge when it reported Thursday. The grand jury did indict these people:

Christian W. Jaeger, 52, of Maple Drive, misdemeanor domestic violence.

Richard E. Miller, 35, of Paisley Street, forgery.

Derrick Howard-Ross, 22, of Rutledge Drive, being a felon with a gun.

Victor Peeples, 45, of Rutledge Drive, felonious assault.

Lee M. Jones, 22, of Berkley Avenue, carrying a concealed weapon and being a felon with a gun.

Tramaine McDonald, 27, of Eastern Avenue, Campbell, being a felon with a gun and impropery handling a gun in a motor vehicle.

Kristy L. Blinsky, 28, of Parsons Avenue, Lowellville, cocaine possession.

Faiz Rafidi Jr., 58, of East Liberty Street, Lowellville, cocaine possession.

Leonard Ellis, 42, of Lansdowne Boulevard, cocaine possession.

Alvin W. Flick, 25, of Lisbon Street, Canfield, drug possession.

Nicole M. Kunovic, 22, of Gibson Road, Canfield, drug possession.

Terrence McKinney, 20, of New York Avenue, being a felon with a gun.

Eric W. Koester, 43, Columbus, burglary and possessing criminal tools.

Thomas B. Tabor, 37, of Sierra Madre Trail, Boardman, burglary.

Joseph E. Grove, 20, of West Judson Avenue, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

Gary Whitfield, 22, of East Lucius Avenue, breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools and heroin possession.

Godfrey L. Gurley, 26, of Paisley Street, cocaine possession.

James M. Gilmer, 26, of Oregon Avenue, cocaine possession.

William P. Gutwald, 26, of Westchester Drive, Austintown, burglary, grand theft and being a felon with a gun.
