St. Vincent de Paul dining hall reopens Monday

YOUNGSTOWN — The St. Vincent de Paul Society’s dining hall, 208 W. Front St., will reopen to visitors Monday after a three-week construction hiatus. Structural damage to the building’s exterior caused the temporary closure of the facility that serves about 315 free lunches per day, said Fred Pisani, president of the society’s Youngstown Council.
