Pavkovich-Karis engagement is being announced

XELLWOOD CITY, Pa. — Announced by George and Sandra Pavkovich, 625 First Ave., is the engagement of their daughter, Dominique M. Pavkovich, and Adam O. Karis, both of 513 Smiley St.

Parents of the future groom are Donald and Chrisdell Karis, 40 Schenley St., Struthers.

The bride-elect, who is known as Nicque, graduated from Lawrence County Vocational Technical Adult Education with a dental assisting degree. The prospective groom graduated from Pittsburgh Culinary Institute.

Both are employed by the Springfield Restaurant Group, she as a server at the Springfield Grille in Cranberry Township, Pa., and he as the executive chef at The Iron Bridge Inn in Mercer, Pa.

Invitations will be issued for the couple’s 3 p.m. Sept. 28 wedding at St. Agatha Church and also for an evening reception at Tiffany’s Banquet Center in Brookfield.
