Anniversary dance set by Fun Time Cloggers

NEWTON FALLS — Members of the Fun Time Cloggers will celebrate the group’s 20th anniversary at a fun dance to be held from 7 to 11 p.m. Sept. 15 at Newton Falls Community Center.

There will be door prizes, 50-50 drawings and surprise events. All current and former members and anyone interested in clogging are invited.

The group was started in 1987 by Mickey and Tim Whaley and has entertained at nursing homes, reunions, parties, picnics and fairs. Anyone with information on members or interested in participating when new classes begin in October may contact Sue Boles at (330) 652-0380.
