Choirs sought for Canfield Fair

CANFIELD — As has occurred for many years, on the Sunday morning of the Canfield Fair, singers are invited to assemble at the stage near the grandstand/concourse to sing during the 9:30 Ecumenical Church service.

A choir rehearsal will begin at 9 a.m., followed by the presentation of the anthems during the worship service. Music this year will include “Come Christians Join to Sing” and “This Is My Father's World.”

All participants will be reimbursed their admission fee for that day. Additional special music will be presented by Tom and Kelly Scurich. About 40 or so members are sought for this choir. For more details, contact choir director Tom Scurich, (330) 965-9655 or (330) 540-3688.
