GREENVILLE, Pa. — A 42-year-old man is charged with setting a fatal 2005 fire at the O.C. Hotel and Cantina on Hadley Road. Pennsylvania State Police said Michael Watson, no address given, is charged with murder in the second degree, burglary, criminal trespass, arson, recklessly endangering another person, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
