Surprise family dinner party held to celebrate Bucko 40th anniversary

XYOUNGSTOWN — Mr. and Mrs. Donald R. Bucko, 384 Meadowbrook Ave., were surprised on the occasion of their 40th wedding anniversary at a family dinner party Aug. 11 at the Holiday Inn, Boardman.

Hosts for the event were the couple’s children and their spouses, Maureen Bucko of Warren, Kathleen and Patrick Deagan of Copley, and Michael and Laury Bucko of Fort Benning, Ga. The family includes five grandchildren.

Completing the anniversary observance will be a trip to Baltimore in the fall.

St. Patrick Church was the setting as the former Mary Grace Howard and Mr. Bucko were united in marriage Aug. 12, 1967. They are members of St. Luke Parish in Boardman.
