Outlook: Veteran coach Phil Annarella takes over for Neal Kopp at Fitch after spending the last few years at Niles. The Falcons have good numbers and return 19 lettermen and eight starters (five on offense, three on defense) from last year's team. But with a new system and a typically tough schedule, the question will be how fast Fitch can come together.
