Date announced for Persin-Uber autumn wedding

XCORTLAND — Bruce and Marie Persin, 1223 Everett Hull Road, are announcing plans for the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Stephanie M. Persin, of the same address, and Jason C. Uber, a son of Roger and Diane Uber, all of 6660 Sodom-Hutchings Road, Girard.

Sept. 22 is the date chosen by the couple for their open wedding at 1 p.m. at Calvary Presbyterian Church, Warren, and for their evening reception to be held by invitation at Aulizio’s Banquet Center, also in Warren.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a bachelor’s in criminal justice at Youngstown State University, where she is pursuing a master’s in criminal justice. She is a paralegal with Betras Harshmann LLC law firm in Canfield and a police officer with Vienna Police Department.

The prospective groom graduated from YSU with an associate in electrical engineering technology and a bachelor’s in applied technology. He is an associate computer support administrator with the Department of Defense in Vienna.
