Frank Marzullo joins Cincinnati station
CINCINNATI — FOX19 (WXIX-TV) News Director Steven Ackermann announced on the station’s web site today the addition of Frank Marzullo to the FOX19 FirstWeather Team.
"We are absolutely thrilled to have Frank joining us," says Ackermann. "Frank brings the passion for both weather and television that FOX19 viewers expect. Having grown up in Ohio, Frank walks in the door knowing about Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. He knows the weather and the region," Ackermann adds.
Marzullo joins FOX19 from the NBC affiliate in Youngstown, Ohio where he was the Morning\Noon weathercaster. He began his weather career at the NBC affiliate in Parkersburg, West Virginia and is a graduate of Youngstown State University.
Marzullo arrives in August and will begin appearing on the FOX19Ten o'clock News on Fridays and Saturdays. Viewers will also see Marzullo working from time to time with FOX19 Morning Meteorologist Christie Dutton.
