Melissa Dodrill, 29, Boardman, theft, tampering with records.
Eric Ramsey, 21, Warren, burglary with a firearm specification; three counts, grand theft.

Trevor W. Newberry, 19, Warren, receiving stolen property.

Jeffrey L. Cline, 39, Niles, heroin possession, cocaine possession, receiving stolen property.

Freddy L. Harris, 50, Warren, cocaine possession.

Kara V. Kerker, 24, Warren, heroin possession.

Larry W. Riley, 55, Youngstown, felonious assault.

Raylin L. Blunt, 29, Youngstown, cocaine possession with a firearm specification and being a felon in possession of a firearm with a firearm specification.

Tenesha Y. Blackwell, 29, Warren, cocaine possession.
