XBOARDMAN — Renée S. Passas, a daughter of Phillip and Sylvia Passas, 5660 Sharon Drive, and Derek D. Knepper, a son of Don and Kathy Knepper, 18864 Forbes Road, Wellsville, were married July 7 at St. John Greek Orthodox Church.
The Rev. Thomas Constantine officiated at the 3 p.m. ceremony, and a reception followed at Mr. Anthony’s. After a wedding trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the couple live in Poland.
Beading, crystals and silver embroidery embellished the bride’s strapless white gown.
The honor attendant was the bride’s cousin, Rena Passas, and bridesmaids were Alyssa Harcar; Erica Cogar; Sara Skillicorn; Marisa Heddleston, the groom’s sister; Jolin Mazias; and Evelyn Triantafillou, the bride’s cousin. They wore champagne-colored gowns. Flower girls were Kalle and Nadia Heddleston, nieces of the groom.
Richard Heddleston III was best man for his brother-in-law, and groomsmen were Ryan Harcar; Andie Dawson, the groom’s cousin; James Powers; Benjamin Kyle; George Passas, the bride’s brother; and Kyle Knepper, the groom’s brother. His nephew Keaton Heddleston was ring bearer, and ushers were her cousins, Daniel Marian, Christopher Manan, and Alexander and George Passas.
The bride earned a bachelor’s degree in health-care administration at Kent State University, where she is pursuing a master’s in speech pathology. The groom is an agent with State Farm Insurance in Howland. He received a bachelor’s in business from Youngstown State University.
