New appeals court judge sworn in

WARREN — Judge Timothy P. Cannon, a longtime Painesville attorney, was sworn into office at the 11th District Court of Appeals Wednesday.

Cannon, 52, was appointed by Gov. Ted Strickland to fill the seat vacated by Judge William O’Neill, who resigned to run for Congress.
