Pa. woman winns $2 million in Ohio Lottery


ORANGEVILLE — Debra R. Kettering of Greenville, Pa., won $2,000,000 after scratching the Ohio Lottery’s $300 Million Extravaganza instant ticket, which costs $10.

Kettering chose the annuity, $100,000 a year. After federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, she’ll get a check for $69,000 for the next 20 years.

Kettering purchased the winning ticket from Wilson General Store, 7395 State Line Road, which receives $10,000 for selling a winning ticket.
