Pat Timlin of Youngstown recorded a hole-in-one on the 157-yard No. 9 at Donnybrook Golf Course in Hubbard with a 3-iron. He was playing with Marty Timlin, Owen Timlin and Larry Minotti.
Doug Dattilio of New Waterford aced the No. 2 hole with a 9 iron at the Links at Firestone Farms. Witnesses were Bill Bell and Zac Dunn.
Bob Henderson of Columbiana at Salem Hills Golf Course aced the 140-yard, No. 3 hole with an 8-iron. He was in a foursome with Felix Tarorick, Dick Hura and Dr. Hube Keylor.
Esther Unger of Cortland got her first-ever ace on the No. 5 hole at Tamer Win Golf Course in Cortland. She used a hybrid club on the 94-yard hole. Witnesses were Diane Franklin, Olga Sten and Darlene Teeters.
Paul Spelich Jr. of West Palm Beach Florida scored an ace on the 149-yard No. 8 hole with a utility club at Duck Creek golf course. The shot was witnessed by brothers Joe, David and John Spelich.
Bob Ferrick of Boardman aced the No. 5 hole at Knoll Run Golf Course. He used a 6-iron on the 207-yard hole, his first ace. Witnesses were Ralph Eager Sr., Ralph Eager Jr., and Tom Lesogonich.
Kris Kull of Minerva aced the No. 8 hole at Bedford Trails Golf Course. He hit a 9-iron on the 125-yard hole. Witness was Chris Cotelesse.
