Home Savings and Loan Co. added financial consultant Gary M. Schindler to the Home Investment Services Non-Deposit Investment team. The Canfield resident had been a financial consultant with National Planning Corp., the investment division of Sky Financial Group.

Seven Seventeen Credit Union promoted three employees. Camille A. Favre has been named senior vice president of human resources. She has been with Seven Seventeen since 2004. She has a master’s degree in human resources from Loyola University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Bowling Green State University. Joe Donatella has been named vice president and facilities and materials manager. He has been with Seven Seventeen for seven years. Shelley Engleman has been named vice president and general auditor. She has been with Seven Seventeen for 19 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from Malone College

Craig Steinhoff, a certified public accountant, has joined Hill, Barth & King of Boardman as a quality control manager. He received his bachelor’s degree from Capital University. He has more than eight years experience in public accounting, specializing in audit and assurance.
MEDICINE
UPMC Horizon added five physicians to its medical staff at hospitals in Farrell, Pa., and Greenville, Pa. Dr. Allen Budek earned his medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine and completed an internship and residency in family practice at UPMC Horizon. Dr. Ronald Cramer earned his medical degree from Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida and completed an internship at Clarion Osteopathic Hospital in Clarion, Pa. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Joseph Frank earned his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine and is joining the practice of Dr. Cheryl Duffy. He completed a pediatric residency at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland. Dr. Michael Ginsburg has more than 30 years of experience in emergency medicine. He had been medical director of the UPMC/Qatar Emergency Project. Dr. Michael Millin earned his medical degree from Oklahoma College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family practice residency at UPMC Horizon.

Cattron Group International named Chris Loeffler as senior sales engineer at its Sharpsville, Pa., headquarters. He previously had been an application engineering manager.

Jill Newcomer of Greenville, Pa., has joined Penn-Northwest Development Corp. as project manager. She has 16 years’ experience in business administration and marketing, most recently as business manager in the construction industry. She earned a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in business management from St. Vincent College.

InfoCision Management Corp. promoted of three supervisors at its Austintown location. Jamie Wilson of New Middletown has been promoted to call center supervisor in the religious fund-raising call center. Naomi Sponsler of Niles has been promoted to senior program supervisor in the communications call center, and Frank Caton of Girard has been promoted to senior program supervisor in the nonprofit call center.
