A crane lifts material for the roof of the Choffin Career and Technical Center on East Wood Street, Youngstown. The cost of the job is pegged at $10.4 million for the 219,000-square-foot facility, to be done in the fall 2009. Choffin is in a remodeling project that is part of the city school district's $180 million school rebuilding plan involving 14 buildings.
