WARREN — Keith M. Brown II, 19, of York Avenue Northwest, has pleaded innocent to voluntary manslaughter and felonious assault, both with specifications that he used a gun.
Brown entered the pleas today before Judge Peter Kontos of Trumbull County Common Pleas Court. His bond was continued at $50,000.
Brown surrendered to police in early June after an arrest warrant was issued for him. Police said Brown shot Terrandall J. Monday, of Perkinswood Boulevard, during an argument on Fifth Street on May 16. Monday died in St. Elizabeth Health Center a couple weeks after the shooting.
