XAUSTINTOWN — The exchange of nuptial vows took place during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony July 14 as Patricia Ann Dulin, 1961 S. Raccoon Road, and Joseph A. Newman, 438 Miller St., Youngstown, were united in marriage at Tabernacle Evangelical Presbyterian Church by Pastor Rick Stauffer.
The couple accepted congratulations afterward during a reception that was held after the wedding at the church.
They spent their honeymoon camping and fishing at Mosquito Lake, and live at the bride’s address.
The bride is a daughter of the late Floyd and Louise Lowther, who had lived in Boardman.
The groom is a son of Ann Barton of the Miller Street address.
The bride’s gown featured a satin band at the hemline and was enhanced with lace and satin ribbons.
The bride’s veil was made by her honor attendant, Bobbie Chalky of Boardman.
Bridesmaids were Marilyn Moore of Poland, Carla Brown and Pam O’Connell, both of Austintown, and the groom’s daughter, Missy Dulin of Youngstown. The attendants wore lavender gowns.
Best man was Valentino Molina of Youngstown, and groomsmen were Ken Moore of Poland, George York of Austintown, and Ted Tator and Bob Jacobs, both of Youngstown. Ring bearer was the groom’s grandson, Anthony Kearney of Youngstown.
Mrs. Newman is a caregiver at area assisted living facilities.
Mr. Newman served with the U.S. Marine Corps. in Vietnam and is a sergeant with Youngstown Security Patrol.
