Austintown school dedication scheduled

August 9, 2007 at 2:15p.m.

AUSTINTOWN — The new Austintown Middle School building, 800 S. Raccoon Road, will be dedicated at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 16. Speakers will include school board members and architects for the building. Following the 30-minute ceremony, attendees will have a chance to tour the new school and also Frank Ohl Elementary, which has been converted from a middle school to an elementary school for grades four and five.

Afterwards, the Fitch Falcons varsity football team will host a preview game against Akron Butchel. The game, scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. will be the first official event on the new stadium turf.
