Packard Electric

Hourly pay for Delphi Packard Electric workers in a proposed contract:

Production: $16.50, down from $27, plus a $105,000 payment to be made over three years.

Skilled trades: $26, down from more than $30, plus a $75,000 payment to be made over three years.

Temporary workers: Would become permanent employees at either $11 an hour with health care or $10.50 an hour without health care.
